KID CARE LOS ANGELES, INC. Thanks for helping us feed hungry kids!

KID CARE
When you buy books and software from Health Information Press (HIP), you're also helping to end hunger among the children of America. PMIC, the parent company of HIP, is the major corporate sponsor of Kid Care Los Angeles, Inc., a non-profit organization which funds feeding programs for small children. A portion of the profits from every order we receive is donated to the organization.

Kid Care Los Angeles, Inc. was founded in August 1994 by James B. Davis and other individuals concerned about hunger among small children in the community and the lack of private programs to meet the need. The organization provides restricted annual grants to qualified local charities.

To qualify for a grant, the local charity must guarantee that the donated funds will be used solely for the purpose of feeding children. As of December 2004, PMIC has donated over $650,000.00 to the organization. Kid Care Los Angeles, Inc. is not part of any other agency and is funded completely by the private sector.
